The official language of the Meeting is English.
Climate
Throughout Egypt, days are commonly warm or hot, and nights are cool.
January is winter in Egypt but Aswan’s average temperature ranges from 20°C - 26°C
Currency & Banking
The local currency is the Egyptian pound (EGP), which is divided into 100 piastres.
American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard and Visa are accepted, but mainly at bigger hotels or restaurants and in tourist areas. Traveller’s cheques in US Dollars, Euros or Pounds Sterling are the most cost-effective to exchange.
Bank hours are Sun-Thu 08:30 - 14:00.
Electricity
Egypt uses 220 volt power supply and plugs are two prong rounded. It is recommended that participants bring adapters with them.
Visas
Entry visas may be obtained from Egyptian Diplomatic and Consular Missions Abroad or from the Entry Visa Department at the Travel Documents, Immigration and Nationality Administration (TDINA).
Citizens of many countries may obtain a visa on arrival at major points of entry.
Please check with your nearest Egyptian Consular mission for more details concerning visa regulations applying to your citizenship.

Official letters of invitation for visa applications can be requested by participants from the ASNRT secretariat at asnrt@goevents-go.com
Please note that these letters do not constitute a commitment on the part of the organizing committee with regard to financial support or placement in the scientific program.
